Lil Win teases his upcoming major project following the contentious Ibrahim Traoré biopic.

Following the release of his eagerly awaited biopic on Burkina Faso President Captain Ibrahim Traoré, Ghanaian actor and filmmaker Kwadwo Nkansah, better known by his stage name Lil Win, has revealed his next film project.
He stated that the next project will concentrate on President John Dramani Mahama’s second coming, showing his first term in office, his difficulties following the 2016 election defeat, and his eventual comeback to win the 2024 elections eight years later.
During an interview on Focus FM in Kumasi, Lil Win said:
It is not politics, but the next project is on Mahama’s second coming because he went out of power and came back. We will give a scenario where when Mahama lost the election even after doing so much for the country.
His current Captain Traoré biopic, meanwhile, is still generating controversy on the internet. The project’s tone and underlying goals have drawn criticism from some fans, while others have hailed it as audacious and visionary.
Lil Win claims to have contributed an incredible $500,000 to the Traoré project. Like A Country Called Ghana, which is presently available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video, the movie, which is based on actual events from Burkina Faso, seeks to showcase Africa’s diversity and richness.
