In style, Asamoah Gyan enters the poultry farming industry.

Asamoah Gyan, a former captain of the Black Stars, is in the news once more, but this time for his move into agribusiness and conventional leadership rather than his illustrious goals.

In a social media video that went viral, the former football player is seen touring his poultry farm while wearing regal Ghanaian traditional clothing, which includes elaborate embroidery and a headdress resembling a crown.

Gyan, who goes by “Baby Jet,” was spotted examining rows of clean chickens with the grace of someone who has just stepped into a new role.

The video was released soon after he mentioned himself as “Nana Asamoah” in a post on X (previously Twitter), which alluded to his changing identity and developing aspirations for leadership.

This is a significant change for a lot of Ghanaians.

Once a football story, it is now a story of cultural influence, job creation, and economic empowerment.

His poultry farm, which reportedly employs a large number of locals, is being praised as a representation of his legacy beyond football.

The ascent of Asamoah Gyan has always been noteworthy. His career has been historic, starting with his early days at Liberty Professionals and ending with him becoming Ghana’s all-time top scorer.
